I’m a leadership professional with a unique journey spanning federal law enforcement, corporate consulting, and ministry leadership. I help organizations equip teams, protect people, and create systems that work, while learning and growing alongside them.My leadership approach is shaped by years in high-stakes environments: staying calm in crisis, building strong teams, communicating clearly, and consistently equipping people to rise to the level of excellence required for the mission. At the same time, I submit to God’s purpose and plan, trusting Him to guide the work we do together. I’m passionate about mentoring and coaching others, building resilient teams, and turning challenges into opportunities for growth. I start each day on my knees, remembering that leadership is ultimately a work of service and humility - and that learning to lead faithfully is a lifelong journey. Favorite parts of my day: reading ministry stories reported by chaplains - reminding me of the real lives impacted by our work.
