ABOUT CINDY MOESER

15+ years in an executive assistant capacity specializing in high-growth technology startups, providing senior-level administrative and personal support to dynamic executives and teams. As a Senior EA I serve as the under-the-radar air traffic controller for the CEO/President and senior leadership team. I am the \"invisible force\" that\'s responsible for ensuring internal operations run smoothly. As an EA, I integrate and connect work-streams. I make sure no one is bottlenecking anyone and communication flows. I also play the role of honest broker to our CEO/President when they need a fresh perspective that comes with no turf considerations. I learned the joy of lifting others up at a young age, having had a politician for a father. Early on, I was part of many campaign teams that canvased door-to-door, put up signs around the city, ran large community events and helped run the campaign back office. So, I see the work I do today as second nature and thrive on helping others succeed. It\'s also why I stand to reshape people\'s perspectives on support roles. Having worked in an Executive Assistant capacity for over 15 years, I know how EAs (and similar roles) are often related to as \"less important\" simply because they work so much behind the scenes. But, it takes a selfless nature to make the success of others a job. Support roles aren\'t simply administrative helpers; they\'re business partners. They free up time for their executives to focus on what matters. And ultimately, without that time, no business can succeed. I\'m currently looking to connect with: Like-minded professionals who are making workplaces more agile in remote settings and thinking outside the box on productivity. Those in the administrative field that are looking for advice, connection, or mentorship as they build their careers. I am passionate about giving back to such a great community.
