   Event Planning: Member Experience: Operations: Budget Management: Development: Human Resources• Assist in fundraising development as well as create an amazing membership experience resulting in 40% new APS supporters via constant contact, newsletter and member appeal campaigns and personal outreach.• Manage summer interns and mentor project management skills.• Manage physical and virtual offices by ordering and maintaining inventory of marketing assets, swag, as well as working with property manager on issues • Act as Human Resources with new employee paperwork, onboarding, expense reports, company insurance policies and training schedules.• Handle accounting functions such as payroll, QuickBooks, accounts payable and receivable, audits, and banking• Implement and train on new CRM database and continued database management with new SOPs for all functions of the new system.• Support programming efforts by venue selection, food and drink, panelist communications, panelist travel and itineraries, registration, and marketing outreach for 18 programs averaging 200 attendees per program.• Editing of newsletter, annual report, marketing brochures resulting in a Gold Philly Award for 2020 Annual Report.• Coordinate business meetings, travel schedules, volunteers via Zoom, Teams, Outlook, Slack for 5 staff members.• Create and manage APS social media Calendar and postings: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Manage updates to APS Website with marketing partners.
