We provide learning design and delivery, training, facilitation, and executive and leadership coaching for not-for-profit organizations and companies with from 50 to employees. Our client base includes new entrepreneurial companies, as well as highly mature global organizations. While we work across all industries and the non-profit sector, we have many clients in advertising, media and financial services. Some highlights of nearly two decades in business are: Helping leaders in lean organizations to maximize their own abilities and coach wider and deeper teams Continually improving our core course on Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Developing training on what it means to have professional etiquette and demeanor in the workplace based on the specific corporate culture Working at an executive and board level in newly merged organizations to refine leadership strategies and culture Developing future leaders of an organization as they manage and navigate ongoing company change and mergers Working with global organizations on complex training initiatives, both in the U.S. and overseas For my practice, I draw on a Master Certification of Executive Coaching from NYU. As the team has grown, I have recruited senior associates who are also certified in executive coaching, corporate learning and facilitation.
