About Cindy Dziuba-Liu

I am the Global Manager of People Development & Coaching at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, leading all of the training and development initiatives for the global organization. I created and deployed the Spellman Global Leadership Development Program for leaders at three levels across the organization. I also spearheaded the development of the Spellman Mentor Training Certificate Program and the revamped Spellman Mentorship Program. To make mentorship more readily accessible to our employees globally, both of the mentorship programs are trilingual (English, Spanish, Chinese). In the Fall of 2022, I conducted a 360 of the organization by interviewing 100+ employees and presented the findings and proposed action plan to the executive leadership team. I am dedicated to improving employee experiences by providing learning, training, and developmental opportunities for individuals at all levels and all sites across the global organization.

   Led the global People Development & Coaching team (expanded the scope of the Professional Development & Coaching department to include both technical and professional skills training)- Initiated the design, development, and deployment of global professional development projects and programs (i.e, for non-technical skills development)- Collaborated with SMEs to initiate the design, development, and deployment of global learning and training projects and programs (i.e, for technical skills development- Developed and deployed a four-module, 16-hour “Train the Trainer” workshop to build the skills that SMEs need to effectively create and facilitate training programs using evidence-based practices from Educational Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology- Established global training standards and criteria; provided resources and support for employees developing training programs across the global organization- Spearheaded the integration of training at all sites into the Workday HRIS Learning Management System- Worked with site and functional leaders to create an overall People Development & Coaching strategy that aligns global priorities with local HR needs- Provided in-person training sessions in New York, China, Mexico, UK, and Germany on topics including change management, team alignment/building/calibration, and organizational development.
