About Cindy Cerquitella
Responsible for determining the strategic direction of the Atlas Leadership Academy, a suite of capacity building training programs for nonprofit think tanks. This includes course expansion, partnerships and budgeting needs - Oversee execution of all elements of training programs, reaching over participants each year with a budget of over $1 million. This includes course development, recruitment, execution, impact assessment and reporting - Design and oversee implementation of over 18 on the ground trainings on 5 continents in 2016 in coordination with local partners - Manage online training courses including 20 live webinars and 9, multi-week online courses each year in English, Spanish & Portuguese - Manage two industry leading competitions: Think Tank Shark Tank and Elevator Pitch that have been emulated across the sector - Integral to the design and rollout of an online training portal, “My ALA” that allows participants to track progress, and view new and future opportunities (working with private contractor for development as well as Litmos CMS)- successful mentorship program - Provide one-on-one feedback and advisory services on strategic planning, fundraising and think tank management to think tank founders and staff - Provide Institute Relations support through grant & award review and partner evaluation
