ABOUT CINDY BYRD

My sincere passion for improving quality of life, especially in the workplace, guides the work that I do and my vision for the world: a world where people are more thoughtful about their choices and actions and more mindful and respectful of how they’re communicating and interacting with others. As a branding and leadership specialist, educator, and public speaker, I’m dedicated to helping individuals and businesses optimize their potential to communicate with greater insight and impact, build positive brands and long-term relationships, and create exceptional experiences for employees and customers. I believe improving quality of thinking improves quality of life, so I love inspiring people to see new possibilities and perspectives. As a creative and conceptual thinker, I interpret and combine multiple resources, concepts, and perspectives that result in fresh approaches. I sincerely care about helping people and businesses thrive. Whether delivering a keynote or working with a client one-to-one, I strive to bring a compassionate spirit and a keen ability to listen, teach, and facilitate in order to provide the most positive, relevant experience possible. The services, workshops, and presentations I offer through my business, image potential, are customized. Clients include corporate, not-for-profit, and professional organizations such as Caterpillar Inc, CEFCU, CGN Global, Country Financial, The Snyder Companies, Growmark, Goodwill, Midwestern Securities, McLean County Chamber of Commerce, Illinois Farm Bureau, and Unity Point Health. I also work with small business owners, start-ups, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Specialties: integrating mindfulness into leadership and organizational development, personal and business branding, communication (interpersonal & public speaking), professional etiquette, and strategic marketing/planning.
