JPS Health Network serves the needs of the families in Tarrant County, Texas, as a safety net hospital, licensed for 573 beds. JPS offers Community Health Clinics throughout Tarrant County and ten academic residency programs.• Oversee daily clinical operations of Level 1 Trauma Center, 14th busiest ED in the nation, with multiple outpatient and inhouse patient transportation department.• Oversight of 21 cost-centers, with Gross Revenue of $502,311,085 and Operating Budget of $42,321,773.• Radiology performs over imaging examinations per year and patient transportation performs over transports per year with a total of 284 FTE\'s combined.• Key stakeholder in the planning, development, construction and go-live of multiple site projects to include new MOB imaging department, new hospital towers, Women\'s Center, MRI department, ED CT replacements, Echo/Vascular Lab outpatient area, and dedicated Radiology Call Center.• Development of Quality Control Team to convert all site manuals, physicist reports, QC documents and employee binders into an easily accessible electronic format available online.• Implemented VizAI to give quantitative stroke results, instead of qualitative ones from standard 3D post-processing. This reduced door to puncture time from 164 minutes to 114 minutes.• Implemented Thynk a natural language learning AI to find and track incidental nodules: currently tracking adrenal and pulmonary nodules; future liver, pelvic/reproductive, thyroid and renal.• Co-chair of the High-Level Disinfection committee-worked on system-wide education, tracing and tracked of transducers.• Expanded diagnostic mammography services and brought screening mammography back inhouse to JPS Women\'s Health Center-Main.• MRI departmental transformation to promote the highest level of safety for patients and staff alike through mapping processes of internal implants, optimization of EPIC charting and empowering technologists.
