Lead and support the integration of Molina\'s new markets and acquisitions, representing annualized aggregate premium revenue exceeding $6 billion in growth initiatives. Responsible for creating and presenting project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership. Work cross-functionally with health plan leaders, enterprise product owners, and technology leaders to define target processes and systems for new business integration. Plan and facilitate implementation sessions to capture existing processes and systems, capture resources, and determine gaps that ultimately define scope and end-state. Work directly with third-party administrators and vendors to transition processes and data. Created and continue to maintain the Business Implementation playbook and templates, including Discovery, Functional Alignment, Value Mapping, Blueprinting, and Requirements Traceability. Created the Data Integration Strategy Playbook to determine the level of data to migrate to ensure data quality and drive validation and alignment with the lead organization’s systems. You led the Network Transformation initiative by running an advisory committee to jointly develop a corporate Playbook for Contracting and Provider Relations, working with HR and Finance to define new title structures and staffing models. Additionally, provide direct leadership support to Program Directors and Managers via knowledge sharing and by fostering a culture of collaboration.
