25+ years managing design, integration and ITSM operations of ERP applications in the mining, pharmaceutical, FMCG, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Leads internal and vendor delivery teams and consults with business stakeholders through to executive level to support strategic initiatives, cost optimisations, risk management, compliance and ACHIEVEMENTS / KEY PROJECTS Recognised industry expert - presented at national SAP conferences in 2017 and 2019 as well as having a published case study project in SAPinsider. Program managed an E2E supply chain and logistics optimisation program with 7 projects saving 500 hours of work per week, eliminating 20 disparate data sources and reducing emails by 3k per week. Long-term savings of $23m. Designed and implemented one of the most integrated Ariba S2C solutions globally during challenging COVID-19 situations. Led a remote project team including Laos-based PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT Logistics, supply chain, procurement, workflows, inventory, plant maintenance, warehousing, security/authorisations, in the mining, manufacturing, FMCG and pharma sectors. 27 years as an Analyst, Consultant, Architect, Designer and Project Manager on over 50+ projects. Works with stakeholders from field staff and business users through to senior executives, consultants, vendors, architects, product managers and more. 25 years in Business Process Management (BPM) including As-Is / To-Be Process Design, Gap Analysis, Process Automation, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Process Mapping. Achievements include process automation and innovative solutions for digitisation and mobility. 10+ years managing technical teams of up to 4 onshore and 10 offshore including developers and analysts. Mentors and develops skills with junior team members. 27 years working with vendors such as PwC, Deloitte, and Fujitsu, managing resources and collaborating through architecture, design, development and implementation. Works with vendor product SMEs to maximise value from applications. AgileBA certified with 27 years in project delivery using Agile, SAP Activate, V-Model, PMBOK, and ITIL methodologies. Experience in Project Manager and Program Manager roles.
