ABOUT CINDY PEREZ
My name is Cindy Perez, and I have a rich background in Human Development, Child,Adolescent, Family Studies and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), with a particular focus on working with individuals with disabilities. My journey began with a deep passion for understanding how children grow and learn, which led me to pursue a degree in Child, Adolescent and Family studies. This educational foundation provided me with valuable insights into the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. With a strong belief in the power of individualized learning and support, I am now currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Easterseals Southern California. My passion lies in helping children and individuals with disabilities reach their full potential through compassionate and evidence-based practices. With this experience in behavior analysis and a commitment to fostering positive growth, I strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I work with. My experience in ABA therapy has been incredibly rewarding, as I have seen firsthand the positive impact it can have on a child\'s life. This experience has furthered my ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments where every child feels valued and supported.
