As a Chemical Engineer with an MBA, I have extensive experience in biologics, cell therapy, and small molecule manufacturing, I specialize in managing end-to-end processes at contract sites for global pharmaceutical companies.Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional teams, influenced stakeholders without direct authority, and navigated complex projects to achieve business goals. My expertise includes site selection, contract negotiation, technology transfer, and overseeing routine commercial production. I excel in managing external manufacturing networks, lifecycle management of CMOs, and coordinating quality, regulatory, and operational activities to meet rigorous timelines and budgets.Outside of work, I am committed to personal and professional growth. As a member of Toastmasters International since May 2023, I served as the VP of Membership for Encinitas Toastmasters in 2024.
