I also have a great deal of experience with new construction and was the sole listing agent on a 17 homesite community in Safety Harbor, FL. This was a 4 year commitment where I worked with vendors to choose selections offered to the buyers and worked with the buyers to choose their finishes. I worked closely with the builder, Boss & Mennie, as well as the developer on budgets, advertising and tracking change orders.
