I am the owner of Patient Centered Health Care and Wellness, the founder of Hope Clinic and Dr Cindy G, where I partner with my patients, empowering them to maximize their health through personalized nutrition, hormone balance, and a lifestyle planning. I believe it is important for men and women to understand their genetic predisposition, for both wellness and illness, and how their environment (epigenetics) and their lifestyle influence this. I provide patient-specific healthcare services to maximize each patient’s health and vitality. Maximizing the health and wellness of a patient requires listening and really understanding the patient\'s needs and healthcare goals. Understanding their genetics, identifying the root cause(s) for their illness, repairing their health, and achieving maximum wellness is the objective. There is no one size fits all approach to improving and maximizing the health of a person and a community. It is a process that requires the coordinated effort of all stakeholders.
