ABOUT CINDY GALLOWAY
As an Associate Producer at Little Girl Blue, a new musical off Broadway, I contribute to the creative and logistical aspects of the production, drawing from my 18+ years of experience as a Choreographer and a performer. I have a strong background in musical theatre, with a MS in Musical Theatre and Dance Education from New York University, and a MEd in Supervisory and Administration from Bank Street College of Education. I am also pursuing my EdD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University, with a focus on Aesthetic Education. I am passionate about the arts as a means of learning, expression, and empowerment, and I have applied this philosophy to various settings, including Broadway, Off-Broadway, community theatre, television, film, and education. I have worked with diverse groups of students, teachers, artists, and audiences, developing and managing arts education programs that foster artistic potential, cultural awareness, and social-emotional skills. I am proud to be a part of the Little Girl Blue team, a musical that celebrates the life and legacy of Nina Simone, and I look forward to bringing this inspiring story to the stage.
