Manages day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, including those of great size, risk and complexity. • Overall responsibility and accountability to drive the project to success as defined by the project sponsor working closely with the VP of Operations to facilitate decisions necessary for project delivery. • Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing the project plan/schedule to ensure timely completion of projects. Oversee managers working on client engagements within organization. • Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Provide a structured and practical method for managing change/scope to account for complex and often emergent needs.
