ABOUT CINDY DIXON

Proven executive and utility player that enjoys leading teams to maximize results and impact. Passionate about strong work culture, organizational health, data-based decision making and developing team members through capability building and regular coaching. As Director of the State of Missouri\'s Operational Excellence Program, I currently lead a talented team of sixteen operational excellence leaders from each cabinet level agency. The Program is committed to transforming Missouri State Government to be as good as any organization by improving how we work to serve the citizens. Recent accomplishments include implementation of a Lean Six Sigma White Belt for all team members, annual virtual summit, and broad adoption of Tableau as a data visualization platform across the enterprise. Additionally, as Director of General Services within the State of Missouri\'s Office of Administration, I lead a team of over 100 dedicated public servants that provide a variety of central business support functions to state agencies such as Risk Management, Fleet Management, Printing, Central Mail Services, Document Solutions, Surplus Property and the State Recycling Program. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I represented the Office of Administration on the Fusion Cell - a cross-departmental team that worked alongside representatives of the McCrystal Group to coordinate the State of Missouri response to the pandemic. General Stanley McCrystal\'s Team of Teams approach was used to help coordinate the state level effort. Dixon led a cross departmental team that coordinated the State\'s procurement and reserve planning for personal protective equipment (PPE) as well as a COVID-19 testing solution for state team members. I am certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, three time winner of the Governor\'s Award for Quality and Productivity and experienced non-profit leader.
