ABOUT CINDY DISHMEY MONTGOMERY

I\'m an innovator, disruptor, socially conscious, next-level change agent in the data strategy and data analytics space. Working closely with global business and investment leaders, her zone of genius centers around creating, monetizing, and scaling what doesn’t currently exist by reimagining what is and what could be. My mantra, “If you can measure it, you can achieve it,” embodies the success she’s achieved over the course of her career.At Morgan Stanley Real Assets, I oversee their global data strategy which allows me to work with start-ups that have a big vision of disrupting their industry. My unique acumen in technology, finance, leadership, and strategy, along with my utilization of data and analytics, gives me clients a competitive advantage and data-driven solutions. Named one of Crain’s Business 2021 Notable Women on Wall Street, I have 15 years of experience in data, finance, and global markets. I bring both a creative and responsible approach to data use delivering inventive and unprecedented solutions designed to positively impact the world and particularly communities of color. As a leader, I\'m often foundational in unlocking the potential in others by providing a path for success that encompasses my team\'s vision and talents. By tapping into what drives and motivates them, I inspire and support my team to consistently achieve their very best. A native of New York, I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science from New York University and a master’s of science in business analytics from the New York University Stern School of Business. I\'m a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and when I\'m not changing the world through data, you can find me leaning into my creative spirit by playing the violin or sewing. I believe black and brown women and are leading the way to change the world.
