About Cindy Damschroder

As an Emeritus Professor in the College of Cooperative Education and Professional Studies at the University of Cincinnati, Cindy is passionate about leading a student-centered model of teaching practice and student reflection through experience and application through UC\'s recognized cooperative education program. Now in retirement, Cindy continues to share her passions by creating engaging presentations that bring history to light as a cruise ship enrichment speaker.As a seasoned educator, published author and career coach, Cindy\'s talks are designed to create excitement and to deliver meaningful and memorable experiences to enrich the \"thinking people\'s\" itinerary and journey. Now in her third year of enrichment speaking, Cindy has delivered topics on geographical, cultural, and social histories of itineraries visited. Her recent work includes multiple assignments as a Resident Historian for Viking Cruises. Areas presented on include the Mediterranean and Adriatic; South America; and the British Isles.

   As a cruise ship enrichment speaker I am delighted to share my passion for history and expertise as a skilled speaker and presenter. Currently my assignments have been for Viking Ocean Cruises, in locations ranging from the Mediterranean & Adriatic, the British Isles, and South America. I look forward to expanding my enrichment speaking to additional cruise brands in the future.
