I am a healthcare services and behavioral health leader with over a decade of experience supervising multidisciplinary teams utilizing Arizona’s Medicaid system My work has focused on care coordination, program oversight, and strengthening service delivery systems to improve outcomes for high-risk and complex populations.Throughout my career, I have led supervisors, clinical coordinators, therapists, licensing staff, and direct support professionals in regulated behavioral health environments. I have built and scaled programs, strengthened documentation and compliance processes, improved measurable outcomes, and partnered closely with cross-system stakeholders including child welfare, courts, and community providers.As a Program Manager and Director, I was responsible for operational oversight, performance monitoring, staff development, regulatory alignment, and service model implementation. I am comfortable leading through change, supporting high-acuity cases, and collaborating with leadership to address staffing, workflow, and system-level barriers impacting member care.I bring a steady, accountable leadership style grounded in clarity, collaboration, and measurable performance.
