Transitioning into corporate learning, I expanded my expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and strategic learning deployment. At EY, I manage end-to-end learning operations for the TAX service line, ensuring training programs align with business needs and drive professional excellence. I design and deliver courses on effective communication, presentation skills, and professional development—helping professionals enhance their skills in a rapidly evolving landscape.
