   Provide insights and analytics support for the Retail Strategy team• Primary point of contact for the Beauty Advisor (BA) Productivity program, which tracks employee sales in stores. Collaborate closely with the SVP of Store Experience and Business Operations to conduct in-depth quarterly analyses, uncovering factors influencing Beauty Advisors’ performance • Developed the data and reporting infrastructure from the ground up, utilizing SQL and Tableau to deliver a comprehensive overview of the Store Digital and BA productivity program for the Executive Leadership team; Documented data sources, data structures, data flows, and data infrastructure• Leveraged R and SQL to automate and customize reporting for the education and retail team, saving ~50 hours of monthly labor.
