Cindy Burkett is a proud native-born Texan. Cindy’s small business background, 8 years serving as a legislator in the Texas House of Representatives, and her experience as a registered investment advisor bring a unique skillset to Epps Realty. Cindy was previously a Vice President with Biel Partners, LLC where her involvement in the negotiation of leases as an owner of a small business and prior experience as a property manager gave her insight into the complexities of both sides of negotiations for office and retail clients. As an Investment Advisor her experience in real estate has given her a knowledgeable grasp of securities in that field. An individual’s largest financial asset is often their home. Her desire to work closer with residential clients prompted her alignment with Epps Realty.
