Over 30 years in the Automotive Industry, and worked directly with some of the largest Tier I Suppliers and OEM Organizations in the world. Extensive knowledge of ISO9001, IATF 16949 (former TS16949), VDA 6.3, ISO14001 and ISO45001. Travel and worked extensively domestically and internationally conducting training, auditing, and consulting services. Working and hands on knowledge & experience in all AIAG Reference Manuals (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP / Control Plan); VDA 6.3, Field Failure Analysis, VDA Volumes and Methods (RGA, PPA, MLA); VDA 6.5 Product Auditor, and VDA 6.3 Process Auditor. Since 2012 I have been a certified Master Trainer with VDA QMC based in Berlin, Germany. Having worked with multi-national companies, I have certified well over 1500 VDA auditors globally. From the early days of my career I have worked in development of Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems. Working with Bosch, ZF Transmissions, Magna International, and other large Tier I suppliers to develop, implement, and sustain their systems with a 100% success rate in passing their initial audits, and sustainability during surveillance. The industry is ever evolving and I look forward to continuing to offer world-class support during this transition and growth.
