Senior management is involved day one, thus ensuring a quick response and an expedited funding process. Our approach is to look first at collateral quality and performance. We also review financial statements, but we\'re more focused on where the company is going than where it\'s been. The vast majority of the companies we finance move on to, or back to, bank financing within two to three years, and at any time to its referring bank with no penalty.
