About Cindi Lisak Ward

When I initially joined PCI, it was intended to be a short-term role—just a few months at the most. Fast forward over 30 years, and I have held various positions, from mail clerk to overseeing publication sales, managing membership and advertising administration, and coordinating event registration. I am currently responsible for managing all registration processes for PCI events and several local chapter events. I introduced and implemented our event project management software, maintain and optimize our iMIS database, and oversee internet security training. The precast and prestressed concrete industry has experienced significant changes over the years, necessitating adaptation on the part of the institute. My ability to embrace these changes by learning new skills and taking on multiple roles within the organization has enabled me to remain a vital part of PCI.

   Oversee end‑to‑end registration across all platforms for PCI national and chapter events. Manage event timelines, track project progress, and analyze registration and attendance data to support reporting and decision‑making. Lead onsite registration operations for the PCI Convention, Committee Days, and other PCI events. Established and lead Smartsheet project management across all events to improve organization, visibility, and execution.
