Founded in 1898, the Association of Directory Publishers is the oldest international trade organization in the local search industry. ADP represents the various interests of its membership, which includes publishers of online, mobile and print directories, advertising agencies and suppliers to the local search industry. As CEO, I report to the Board of Directors and provide fiscal, strategic and operations leadership in uniquely challenging environments within the local search industry. I lead a management team to identify and correct critical problems, reduce and streamline overhead expenses, and improve operating processes and systems. I have spearheaded industry research to prove the local search advertising medium is still sustainable within the media mix.
