I have over 20 years of experience in guiding, leading, and managing outdoor trips and activities, ranging from hiking, biking, kayaking, to yoga and wellness. I hold multiple credentials in wilderness medicine, yoga, and nutrition, and I use my skills and knowledge to provide memorable and educational experiences for our guests.
