Global Infrastructure Build Delivery Manager (SVP) @Citi

Global delivery of new server-based infrastructure integration services for all sector applications in Citi. Servicing business demand of on-prem cloud and distributed private data center solutions by partnering with global process owners including program/project teams and technology functional groups to deliver new compute, replenish legacy capacity and update technology standards. Supporting enterprise class infrastructure objectives in compliance with policies and standards.Workforce management - Manage global team responsible for supporting architecture design reviews and deployment of approved business architecture. Coordination and management of 3rd Party Services including L2 and L3 support services.Book of Work management - partnership with business functions to manage priorities, balance demand of new existing project workloads. Actively mitigate delivery risks and resolve critical issues. Mediate stakeholder conflicts and overcome organizational or process roadblocks. Execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneously.Continuous Improvement - Responsible for driving process improvements both short and long term to achieve multiple goals by leveraging existing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels. Leveraging data and analytics to assess progress, build strong use cases and deliver change.Risk Management - Appropriately manage risk decisions, demonstrating consideration for reputation and safeguarding clients, and assets, by driving compliance, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, escalating, managing, and reporting issues with transparency.
