Cile\'s expertise ranges from creating and executing brand campaigns to brand platforming, executive producing film and television production, narrative development, and specialized executive coaching. A multiple EMMY award winner, Cile strategically and artfully created actionable and inspirational strategies & story narratives for the firm\'s diverse client list. She also co-created and executive produced two primetime television shows. Cile co-owned Electro-Fish Media Inc, a boutique brand elevation firm, which was acquired by a software firm in 2018. Being professionally immersed for decades in diverse cultures, historic events and conversations ranging from community members to world leaders, Cile’s expansive knowledge, experience and disposition benefit all with whom she works and interacts. Cile has yielded remarkable results in her ability to develop a clients sense of purpose and confidence as well as communication skills and comfort level of key leaders in every type of industry, from entrepreneurs to university presidents to CEOs. Cile has worked as an executive and communications consultant for the U.S. military, training PhD anthropologists and 3-star generals alike and was assigned to implement this type of training during a three-week project in Kuwait. Cile has created, written, executive produced and presented short and long form real-life stories and brand campaigns for all types of media over the course of her more than thirty-year career. As a broadcast journalist in the earlier years of her career, she covered stories ranging from the Branch Davidian Standoff in Waco, TX to presidential elections. She also proudly co-anchored the evening news in Austin, TX with her father, Neal, as the nation\'s only father-daughter anchor team, an honor they still hold.
