Paraşüt is Turkey\'s market leader B2B SaaS product in the field of pre-accounting for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Paraşüt provides many services to support businesses to be managed more efficiently, such as invoicing, payments, bank integration, stock management (inventory), reporting, tracking income and expenses, and offer management. Paraşüt was featured in The Fintech 250 report published by CB Insights in 2017. Teamsystem acquired a 53% stake in Mikrogrup, the parent company of Paraşüt, in 2023.My responsibilities- Continuous planning and execution throughout the ongoing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to evolving project requirements- Utilizing the Scrum methodology to break down large projects into manageable, iterative phases. Ensuring agile execution and delivering results in a strategic, phased manner. Creating PRDs utilizing the Jobs-to-be-Done framework in Confluence- Actively applying a user-centric approach, I collect and analyze user feedback, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data from NPS, user interviews, support, and sales teams to continuously refine product strategies and backlog- Defining and monitoring KPIs using MixPanel, GTM, and SmartLook. Employing advanced analytics to gain real-time insights into user behavior for optimizing overall product performance- Expanding the product portfolio and boosting market share through the formation of strategic alliances with key business partners- Continuous managing product backlog to manage development efforts efficiently in Jira- Being data-driven in all decisions.
