ABOUT CIERRA FRYE

I graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Marketing, where I gained the fundamentals of the fashion industry, consumer behavior, and retail management. I am passionate about fashion and retail, and I aspire to grow my career as a buyer and a merchandiser in the future.Currently, I support the buying team at JOANN Stores, the largest fabric and craft retailer in the US, in managing the product assortment, inventory, and vendor relationships. I use my communication and organization skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders and invoices. I also apply my knowledge of fashion merchandising and marketing to analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback, and to assist in the development of merchandising strategies and promotions. In addition to my role at JOANN Stores, I have been working as a Bartender at Applebee\'s Neighborhood Grill + Bar for over four years, where I provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve drinks, and handle cash and payments. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can interact with diverse and friendly customers and coworkers.
