My focus is making the remarkable repeatable. There are plenty of teams out there that create magic. Once. Twice if they\'re lucky. They solve a hard problem, deliver something with real impact and then try to do it again and can\'t figure out why it worked the first time.As Managing Director, Experience at Gapingvoid, I work with our teams to design Culture as a System (CaaS) where remarkable stops being an accident. If we build the right environment, we\'ll get the right outcomes almost every time. I\'ve helped do this for teams of all shapes and sizes from the Department of War to global cosmetics retailers. Before consulting, I worked in food and agriculture, where broken systems mean people don\'t eat. It’s an area I care a lot about. I have degrees from MIT and Rhodes but I’ve learned the most from the people, communities and teams I\'ve been a part of that reinforce how much environment impact outcomes. Potential gets wasted in bad systems. Build better ones, and success becomes damn near automatic.
