She currently serves as Director of Project Management and Training in a newly established role designed to enhance operations and staff development across the Office of Admissions.Cierra is passionate about building systems that empower people,and her work is grounded in communication, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.Known for her engaging presence and relational approach, Cierra believes in the power of good conversation and intentional connection.
