As a graduate from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and Management, I\'ve transitioned into the role of Activities Manager at The Heritage Downtown. My role involves collaborating with various departments, where my communication and teamwork skills are necessary to the success of the event. We\'ve increased resident participation, thanks to a combined effort that aligns with our organization\'s culture of active living and engagement. My journey from Legal Assistant to my current position has equipped me with diverse organizational and attentional to detail skills that are pivotal in the event planning process.

Key responsibilities include- Organizing project files, submittals, RFIs, and change orders-Tracking project progress and preparing status reports-Recording meeting minutes and following up on action items-Managing correspondence, invoices, and compliance documents-Scheduling client and vendor meetings, including setup and logistics-Maintaining project calendars, contact lists, and execution plans-Focused on detail, communication, and organization to help keep high-stakes projects on schedule and compliant.
