About Cici Ebersole

Since 2019, Cici has been part of DU\'s Senior Leadership Team as head of the Human Resources function at Ducks Unlimited. Prior to joining DU, she held HR leadership roles in Fortune 500 organizations including Smith & Nephew, Express Scripts, and Jackson Hewitt. Cici began her career in Human Resources as an employment law attorney and has since accumulated an impressive body of work in nonprofit, supply chain, medical device, healthcare, financial services, and retail. She is skilled in proactive employee relations and engagement, culture building, organizational planning, recruiting, and leadership development. Cici has a passion for helping leaders in their professional development journey and building strengths in their organizations. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Executive Network, the SHRM Voice of Work panel, the SHRM Memphis Executive Roundtable, the CHRO Panel of the Conference Board, the Greater Memphis Executive Benefits Council, a Member of the Women’s Advisory Board of Memphis, and a Board Member of the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a sought-after speaker recognized for her insights into leadership development, culture building, and organizational health. In 2023, she was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Non-Profit and one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Tennessee by Women We Admire®. She was again named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Tennessee in 2024. In 2024, Cici was also recognized by the Corporate Learning Network as a Learning Legacy Leader.®Cici holds an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas, and a JD, and Bachelor\'s degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines. With over 20 years of experience in employment law and human resources, Cici brings credibility to the HR function. She enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her family in her spare time. With her husband of 19 years, she manages a busy household of two teenage children, two huge dogs, a cat, and an aquarium full of beta fish.
