As the Senior Director for Broadloom Operations I manage the following departments:• Purchasing• Import• Inventory Management• New Product Launches• Sampling production and distribution • Data Management and reporting My initial mission in this position was to deconstruct existing protocols, and then to develop and build a new infrastructure to support an environment of fast-paced growth and future opportunity. I have enjoyed being a leader, a role that has led to self-improvement daily. Developing talent within the company has been rewarding both on a personal and company level. In addition to these functions my role services new strategic partnerships to develop and implement operation strategies to support these relationships. I enjoy using my experience to forge new processes that will serve as the foundation for future strategy to be built upon.
