Responsible for Latin America Channel Communication as part of Americas Group. Identifying the most efficient tool, implementing the communication process, coordinating the services with the providers, preparing executive and strategic communications, as well as creating contents, videos, updating portals and newsletters as part of my tasks. It also includes developing contents for Webinars, program guides, brochures and additional materials to facilitate the understanding of the key information by Resellers and Distributors, working in conjunction to PR teams and other important Latin America Groups. As part of that, I also manage local and provide support to Global events for Channel Partners in order to keep them aligned with the company strategies.
