In my current role, I perform a wide variety of tasks, since it\'s a small team. That wide variety of tasks includes building websites, managing marketing materials, negotiating with suppliers, creating video series and much more. The constant change in task has me focusing a lot on upskilling myself to be able to perform whatever task is necessary. This has made me more resourceful, finding different ways to perform each task and seeking out different resources to make sure I\'m the most prepared I can be.
