Ciara is responsible for directing a group of engineers, scientists and other technical staff as they provide professional services in support of air quality and climate change compliance and permitting projects and other related environmental consulting services for ORTECH clients. She provides senior technical and administrative leadership to the staff while expanding ORTECH’s client base, expertise, reputation and capacity in both the Power Group as well as the Compliance and Permitting Group.
