ABOUT CIARA CUNNANE

I have worked at a senior level in international media and communications for 20 years, where I’ve honed editorial workflow management and team leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environments. As well as writing, editing, researching and designing journalistic, editorial, social media and corporate content, I am experienced in press relations, event organisation and strategic communications. My passion for communicating and connecting with diverse audiences has meant that I have told stories across the spectrum, shaping complex ideas into clear, impactful storytelling. From national politics and geopolitics to energy, security, sustainability, innovation, crime and culture, I\'ve delved into it all. Among my many interests are current affairs, geopolitics, environmental sustainability, psychology, self-development, music and art (I used to host cultural radio shows and run artistic events). My commitment to growth led me to become a certified meditation teacher and gong practitioner. I have created sound meditation experiences at yoga studios, wellness festivals, art galleries and for companies in Berlin and beyond. The group facilitation skills I gained have supported my ability to listen actively, foster inclusive collaboration and build partnerships. Happy to connect!
