I am responsible for the design and planning management process of high quality place-making and sustainable residential developments and homes. • Instilling purpose through story-telling to inspire a vision with colleagues and partners in providing high quality designed schemes that enhance customer and community experiences, while leaving a legacy that we are proud of. • Inspiring the same vision and building 3West Group’s local reputation with external stakeholders such as local authorities and councillors, aligning with corporate goals and messaging.• Providing advice and guidance on business strategy, design strategy, market positioning and implications on operations. • Establishing the success criteria for a residential project including: profit margin, cost, budget, programme delivery, resourcing, time, team and performance measures.• Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders that influence decision-making.
