With a desire to forge a trailblazing career within the publishing industry, I am a dynamic and highly capable MA Publishing graduate with demonstrable interest in amplifying underrepresented voices within publishing.Before Quercus, I worked as a programme coordinator for Pop Up Projects, a not-for-profit literature organisation dedicated to diversifying children\'s publishing. I loved my time at Pop Up, relishing the opportunity to support the next generation of talented writers and illustrators, and working across several exciting projects and events. Their mission is something that I hold very close to my heart and hope to bring to Quercus during the next chapter of my publishing journey.Eager to carve out a successful editorial career, I am excited at the prospect of gaining rich, hands-on industry experience during my traineeship.
