Blades and Razors P&E Engineer. Led many Stream 1 and 2 projects for the department. Responsible for injection mould tool projects from initial concepts, Pilot tools, through to installation into sites. Working on MPA projects. Responsible for project capital management ensuring that projects are on time, within budget. Liaising and travelling to external vendors during project phases. Using Minitab and JMP to help evaluate and deliver a comprehensive mold solution which meets specification and achieves target PR VAT, IQ, OQ and PQ. I have an in-depth knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of experiments (DOE), troubleshooting. Working extensively with Gillette worldwide molding operations improving mold processes, automation and design.
