I\'m a business focused first year college student with a strong interest in expanding access to quality housing within a progressively marginalized society. I\'m passionate about understanding how real estate markets operate, analyzing investment opportunities, and learning how property decisions can create long-term value. Through my coursework, graduating from the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme,(IBDP) I\'ve developed strong analytical and problem solving skills. I enjoy applying classroom knowledge to real world business decisions, pushing myself to acquire further skills that will help me evaluate real estate market trends, financial performance, and business strategy. I\'m highly motivated, disciplined, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while continuing to grow in a professional environment. My goal is to gain hands on experience in real estate, build industry knowledge, and contribute to communities through a strong work ethic, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn.
