I am a results-oriented, client-focused property claims adjuster with a proven record of owning the customer journey, from first notice of loss through the claim life cycle to a fair and prompt resolution. I am familiar with all coverages and policy types associated with property claims, including personal property, additional living expenses, and dwelling. I’m licensed in Texas and have an active license in all reciprocal states – all lines. I’m also an experienced Licensed General Contractor with 20+ years of construction experience, and I’m familiar with all interior and exterior trades. I’m a HAAG-certified Roofing Inspector trained in the use of drone technology.I have 8+ years of experience as a Restoration Specialist with field experience writing estimates utilizing Xactimate estimating software. I am Xactimate level 1 & 2 Certified and have earned IICRC Certification. In my current role, I handle moderately complex water, fire, wind/hail and other types of residential claims while providing compassionate customer care. I take the time to explain the process, the client’s policy, coverage amounts, and the repair estimates. As a contractor, I saw how much a good or bad adjuster affects the insured and their family. The best part of being a Claims Adjuster is providing people with the help they need using the skills I have gained over two decades in this field.
