Chylese launched Lark and Fir Realty in late 2018 as an independent real estate brokerage, and based it within Portland\'s westside in the spring of 2019. Initially located in Multnomah Village thru mid 2024, Lark + Fir® is now based in the adjacent Raleigh Hills neighborhood within Scholls Crossing, and focuses on education and client cultivation through community (and personal connection.) Chylese has found mentoring others in the high-turnover realm of residential real estate to be the kind of challenging especially rewarding for her. Starting her own firm allowed her to prioritize this focus. Since then, the company has grown to nearly 20 diverse professionals in the residential real estate space, currently offering services in 7 languages and consistently outperforming more than 80% of RMLS-registered brokerage offices in all of greater Southwest Portland for more than 5 years.Her personal real estate sales have placed her in the top 5% of the greater Portland metro area\'s agents since earning her license in June of 2004. Prior to that, Chylese enjoyed a 15-year career in technical sales serving the semiconductor industry in the Western US. A bilingual, creative problem-solver, Chylese has closed over 350 home sales and possesses in-depth knowledge of Portland\'s core neighborhoods, its public & private foreign language immersion programs, and Oregon real estate practices. Since 2020, she has served on PMAR\'s Circle of Excellence leadership team, for which she currently serves as 2026 President.
