About Chyla Graham

I enjoy being a resource for nonprofits to draw on. By providing the back office support and (re)structuring that they need, I give them the time to work efficiently on the projects they love and improve cash flow. I also fly trapeze. Yes, really. I’ve integrated flying trapeze into my off time for years, and seen how it’s process flows right into my philosophy of business success. We all start out needing guidance and support from someone experienced in what we are trying to accomplish, with a complete view of all angles of our goal. That’s just a good business plan. In trapeze, those support guides are called being “on lines”, meaning they are literally on the ropes, or lines, keeping the tension at the correct amount so trapeze artists fly safe and supported. They are also the eyes and ears of the whole setup, and coordinate the trickiness of tricks. Being on lines means providing feedback and coaching to those people navigating the air, and are the biggest cheerleaders of tricks done well. I’m your CPA on lines. As with flying trapeze, we start with the big picture “trick” and work on the smaller actionable steps needed to be implemented to keep their business running smoothly.
