Responsible for Manufacturing Management• Recruited and led a lean manufacturing team in China consisting EE, ME, acoustics, QA and assembly for OEM business in 2006. Started small quantity production spring of 2007 to mass production the end of 2007.• Built Supply Chain in Shenzhen China. Conducted vendor approval and vendor factories auditing in Shenzhen, China. Vendors include SMT, injection, sheet metal, aluminium extrusion and coating, assembly and packaging factories.• Established and Inspected assembly line and material preparation.• Inspected assembly line setup and finish product quality control. • Controlled product cost and planned cost down schedules. Responsible for Product Development• Planed WW products development. Developing Apple i-series products including iPod portable docking station, MF transmitter, car and outlet charger, power cable, earphone, rechargeable cases and leather and carbon fibre cases from 2005. • In 2007 Apple MFi license was granted. • Lead the expansion of product portfolio from a concentration in Apple i-series products to Android smart-phone accessories in 2009. • Started Bluetooth speaker development for iPhone and Android smart phone in 2010.• Responsible for 3D printing product projects including 3D printing modeling and materials in 2012.
