   I am currently an independent coach/consultant for organizational employee engagement and satisfaction, where I have the privilege of imparting my knowledge of the ultimate customer service, which is healthcare, where human beings take care of other human beings, to healthcare workers of all levels, in healthcare organizations and hospitals throughout the United States. I do this by providing onsite Employee Engagement and Patient Experience training and development to different healthcare organization’s employees throughout the country. In this capacity I also provide keynote speaking engagements, construct and present webcasts, as well as produce written and video materials, for the development of employees in customer satisfaction roles. This privilege gives me the additional opportunity to help healthcare organizations create and/or develop Patient Centered Excellence cultures. I earned this opportunity after being a People Development Manager for the People Development Team, Human Resources, Baptist Health Care (BHC), Pensacola, FL where I was responsible for leading the Employee Survey Core Team, Consulting & Coaching for Leadership Development, and managing the school Affiliation Agreement, student, and workforce member processes, in addition to leading the development of the Performance Improvement Fundamentals course, where I was both an instructor and coach. Other opportunities I had while at BHC include the development of a Nurse Mentorship program, a Healthcare Leadership Transformation certification program in partnership with the University of West Florida, and a Physician Leadership University that mirrors the Baptist Leadership University. This great experience began when I was introduced to Total Quality Management as an active duty member of the United States Coast Guard, where I served for over 21 years as a Yeoman in administration and personnel offices.
